My Approach
As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, my approach is grounded in teamwork, compassion, and evidence based care. I believe that every feeding journey is unique, and my role is to support families with up to date information, practical guidance, and unwavering encouragement.
I work collaboratively with parents, partners, and other healthcare providers to ensure that feeding solutions fit the whole family picture not just the baby’s needs, but the parent’s physical and emotional well being as well. I stay current with the latest research, clinical guidelines, and emerging data so you can feel confident that the support you receive is both informed and effective.
I am also a strong advocate for parental mental health, recognizing that feeding challenges don’t happen in isolation. Your emotional experience matters, and I strive to create a safe, judgment-free space where you feel heard, respected, and supported.
